stress in your life. And stress only makes your problems worse. It is a never ending battle; low self-esteem causes
stress, the stress lower your self-esteem even more, and so on and so forth.
So to break that cycle, you have to take time to relax and recharge. Make the time to do something that you

just do whatever will relax you the most. And by relaxing you let go of some of that stress and you will feel so
Know, really know that you will make it over the hump and things will get better. The old saying, “never give
up,’ holds true here because what you tell your mind can greatly influence your mood and help you hang in there so
you can get to the other side of this difficult time.
If you give up you will end up falling deeper and deeper and your self-esteem will fall thru the floor. And by
knowing, and believing things will get better, you will feel more confident about yourself.
When life is hard and a you are dealing with a difficult time, it is hard not let your guard down and not be as
confident, but if you follow the 3 strategies: focus on the positive, take time to recharge and truly believe
things will get better you have really good shot at building your
self-esteem instead of letting the rough spot drag you down.
You have survived difficult times before, you can do it again, but this time you can come out on the other side
with your self-esteem intact, knowing everything will be alright if you can weather the storm.
