behaviour will show up in a negative manner. So the next time you talk negative about yourself, pause for a while

2. Start visualizing.
This is an important tool for becoming confident. What you ought to do is to visualize yourself accomplishing
your dreams and goals. Do not put failure in the picture. Always see yourself as a successful person and believe in
it. Your brain will execute your subconcious beliefs into actions without you evening knowing about it.
3. Dress up.
Being confident shouldn’t only be on the inside but on the outside as well. To exlude more confidence,
you should dress well. This will create a good first impression on people you meet. On top of that, dressing up
