These are the results of not being optimistic. But on the other hand, positive thinking can make you feel light
and easy. Sure the problem won’t get away but you’ll be able to think things carefully, which often results to good
actions taken and great outcomes.
Becoming a positive thinker is not easy and requires a constant deal of practice and reminders. These are

1. Erase sudden negative thoughts. Your initial reaction to a problem can be negative. However, you can erase
all negative vibes by thinking positive thoughts. Look on the other side. Do not concentrate on what you can’t do.
But focus on the things that you can do.
2. Visualize your plan of action. Once you already know
what you can do, start visualizing your plan of action. This is where you apply your solution. Start visualizing
what you can do and you will surely solve your problems easily.
3. Get in touch with positive thinkers. This is probably the best way to be a positive thinker. If you want to
be optimistic, then you should surround yourself with people who are positive thinkers. Birds of a same feather
flock together. If people surrounding you have positive thoughts, it would be easier to share ideas and
beliefs that further reinforce your way of thinking.
