The Power of Positive Affirmations

Have you ever noticed that if you wake up in the morning feeling pretty good, you got a good night’s rest that your day stays on that path and you have a good day?

Or the opposite, you get up grumpy, tossed and turned the whole night, and your day stays on that path and everything that could go wrong does.

Nobody said anything to you and nothing happened to make your day good or bad, but your mind set the tone that day. By thinking positively or negatively you can affect your day, your week, and your life.

So which you would prefer to have positive good days or yucky negative days? Me, I chose positive, good days. By using positive affirmations in your life you can keep the positive energy flowing which allows more positive energy to come your way.

“Let go!” You must let go of feelings that are holding you down. Negative feelings like anger, fear, depression, jealousy hold you down from attaining your goals. You have to learn how to let go of those feelings and only allow positive feelings to be a part of you.

“Take Control!” Take control of your life. You need to start making decisions that are healthy and positive for you. You can’t live your life for others; you must live it for you.

“Love Yourself!” You can’t expect the world to love and accept you if you don’t love and accept yourself. And once you find peace with who you are, you will notice you will start attracting positive, loving people to you.

And last, and most important, “Gain a Deeper Understanding of Yourself!” It is so important to take a look at how you got to where you are today, so that you can make some changes in the right direction and you also need to decide what it is that you really want. Because it is not possible to move forward if you don’t know what you are moving forward for.

By using the affirmations above you will see the power of positive affirmations in the form of:

*being able to choose your own path

*being healthier and happier

*feeling good about who you are and what you can do

*experience a newfound freedom

*attracting positive things, for example: the perfect partner, ideal weight, etc…

Every day we are given the choice, wake up and make the most of our day, or wake up and do nothing. If you use positive thinking in your life, you will be to make different choices. You will choose to wake up and not only make the most of your day, but you will also want to have a good, positive, productive day.
